I was super excited to use this donut wall as a feature at a family party. I followed assembly instructions precisely, added all the cardboard support along the seams and even added additional tape to ensure sturdiness. The instructions recommended to lean against a wall for extra support so that is what I did. No longer than twenty minutes into the party the donut wall collapsed, leaving lots of mess and more importantly, close to 42 wasted donuts (lets not mention the waste of money for said donuts and wall). I strongly recommend you DO NOT buy this donut wall if you do not want to be disappointed, it’s nothing more than folded up cardboard!

On arrival the frame was damaged and without even opening the gold letters I could immediately see that some of them were black in colour. Sent back the same day for a refund but had to pay postage as no free returns label for a faulty item, on receiving a refund notification they didn’t refund me my postage and when I queried was told it’s their policy not to do free returns labels or refund postage which is utterly ridiculous when you’ve received a faulty item that you can not use! I’m now out of pocket for an item that I don’t even have. Will not buy again.

Really embarrassing when the donut wall collapsed and wasted so many of the donuts I’d ordered for my wedding reception. Obviously the structure isn’t strong enough to hold more than around 10 donuts. Luckily I ordered lots of extra donuts which had to them be put onto plates.Contacted the seller explaining what happened but they asked I returned the item in order for it to be refunded. Unfortunately, the wedding venue binned it the moment it collapsed as was messy and useless.Now I’ve lost about £40 of Krispy Kreme donuts and can’t even get a refund on the donut wall. AVOID THIS PRODUCT. What a waste of wedding budget.

I bought this to use as a wedding countdown and probably re-use as a little message board in the house or at the wedding as a sign. I’m really disappointed with the quality - it’s quite plasticky and cheap. Also there aren’t enough numbers to write out whole date! (Only two number 2s so can’t put 2023 as well.) My friend has one (bought from B&M) and it’s much better quality and was probably cheaper (hers was a felt background). I would buy more numbers if they available to make it more useable but otherwise I’m very disappointed.

Looks really lovely and very classy. Easy to assemble, very sturdy and the perfect size. It was so much easier for people to pop their cards in the box rather than giving them to us only for us to have to find somewhere safe to put them. I would definitely recommend.
