I was sent for an endoscopy from my gp and they found diverticular disease. Was treated with antibiotics which give me terrible diarrhoea. When I finished the antibiotics I was still left with diarrhoea (which was why i had gone to the gp in the first place). From the second dose I was a different person. By the end of the 1st tube, my confidence has been restored. Unless you have suffered this way you cannot understand the relief.
