Finally, a product without harsh chemicals
What good is a carpet cleaning product if it uses harsh chemicals or toxic ingredients to do the job? Why can’t more companies rely upon natural ingredients such as enzymes that are safe for pets and children once they are applied? I have two dogs and a cat and my youngest child just turned a year old so I definitely do not want to use a product that will make them sick. I had to scour the Internet to find any product that uses enzyme cleaning agents in its list of ingredients. It took me quite a while to finally find this pet stain remover made by Particular Paws. I read through many of the reviews posted by customers that bought and used the product, most of which are made by satisfied customers that are happy with the pet stain remover.I ordered a bottle of the pet stain remover online and it arrived within a week. After I opened the bottle I noticed the light fresh scent. I have several old urine stains on the carpet that I could not get out with other products and Particular Paws did the job with the first application. Thank you for a wonderful all natural pet stain removers.

Four Stars
This stuff is awesome, but a little pricey for how much you get.

Pet stain remover is a miracle at removing cat urine
Our household has several cats and even though they are all neutered or spayed, the males will sometimes still mark areas around our home. We are always cleaning up after them and even then, the stench of cat urine lingers and never really goes away. We have tried just about every product on the market and nothing seemed to work. Our next door neighbor suggested that we try an enzyme based cleaning product as it is supposed to completely eliminate all traces of urine left behind by pets so that they will not go back and mark the same spot again. We found Particular Paws while searching online and bought several bottles to have on hand. I must say that the pet stain remover is absolutely fantastic at removing the stench of cat urine permanently once and for all. There is no lingering odor and the product has a really nice clean scent which is refreshing when you have three cats living in your household. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone that has pets.

No sprayer included!
Arrived yesterday, as expected. However, no sprayer included. I thought maybe I missed where it said that it was only a refill or sprayer not included. Still can’t find that information. So I will be purchasing a Sprayer locally. I can’t really rate the actual effectiveness of the product, if I can’t use it. Disappointed this was incomplete. Should include that information in the description. Most likely won’t purchase this product again on Amazon.

Worked for the stain but not for the smell.
I initially got this to treat a cat urine stain/smell on my carpet. It did not work well, the urine smell is less intense but you can still smell it. I know cat urine is incredibly hard to get rid of so I will give this product some slack for that. However, yesterday my cat threw up most of her cat food she had just eaten and I used this product and it did not help at all with the smell! There are no stains from the incident left but it wreaks of cat food now! I'm not happy with this product.

No better than any other spray cleaner, but they're trying to satisfy.
I have one little dog & she is extremely faithful at using the doggie door, even if it's pouring rain outside. I've always had an "open house" to any friends or relatives with dogs. They're welcomed to bring theirs if they want. However, this usually means some territory marking when they 1st get here. I've just given it a quick treatment with a spray cleaner & rubbed it up with a paper towel. Seemed to work fine. That is, until I bought one of those black light flashlights to find invisible pet stains. I had several spots that showed up with the light so... Before I started having a house that smelled like a pet store, I got this OXY Pet Stain Remover. I've now used it on old spots & fresh spots, following the directions, which are pretty involved. My black light shows no cleaning has taken place, even on smooth, painted table legs. This stain remover isn't cheap & it doesn't do anything that any other carpet spot cleaner can't do. Actually, I've had far better results with "Spot Shot".REVISION 6/24/16: After seeing this review, I was Emailed from Particular Paws. They were surprised that I was unhappy with their product & offered to do whatever might make me happy. I am happy that they truly want to make good. Without asking, they are refunding the full price so I have up-graded my rating to 3 stars. Maybe this cleaner works for some people, but not for me...

our heirloom antique rug says thank you!
An heirloom antique rug had been given to me and my husband last year and we put it in the den where we keep our office and computer. It is a beautiful handmade rug with an ornate design that is just breathtaking. I was devastated when our German Sheppard, who has never had an accident in our home, decided to pee on the rug one day while we were out shopping. We discovered the urine stain quite by accident while sitting on the floor and going through some boxes of old photos and noticed a wet spot. We knew that we had to find a way to gently clean the rug in order to preserve it.A close friend suggested we use an enzyme based pet stain remover to get rid of all traces of previous urine odors to prevent future mishaps. I did some research on the Internet and learned about Particular Paws and ordered the product online. My husband and I carefully applied the product solution to the rug and it effectively removed all traces of the urine stain along with the unsightly odor. We now keep the office area gated and closed off to our dog.
