Stale !!!
It smells and tastes equally awful.. tried baking with it and had to throw the entire cake away due to the spoilt coconut flavour. Do not buy this !!!

Mixed bag
The product is probably better suited for oats or smoothies. The taste is overwhelming coconuty and therefore adds a sweetness to the taste which will affect your baking. The flour is also quite coarse as well. Not great for pizza bases.
