Great sleep

This product smells really good and it does help me fall asleep but the scent goes away super fast

This is my go to on a work night. I work a very early shift ( we clock in at 3 a.m.) So I can't afford to not get to sleep or back to sleep quickly. I spray a couple of spritzes on my neck immediately before I turn out the light. If I spray it on 10 minutes before I turn out the light, it doesn't seem to work as well. This is why I spray it right before I turn out the light.I can mostly smell the lavender and then the mandarin orange. I was desperate when my local store quit carrying this and tried making my own from my personal essential oil collection but it wasn't anywhere near as effective or relaxing, to be honest, I tried substituting tangerine because I didn't have mandarin. I decided to just buy it already made.I checked Amazon and once again, Amazon came through for me. I am not exaggerating about how it helps me sleep. The only time it doesn't help is when I have eaten too light of a lunch and I wake up hungry. I can't over eat at dinner or that would create a cortisol surge and then I would be even worse off.I bought 3 bottles when I ordered this. I could use a single essential oil like ylang ylang or geranium but I seem to get the best sleep with this blend. I will keep buying it as long as they sell it or I get a job with better hours. I am not a night owl by nature.
