These pills aren’t coated and fall apart easily, especially if they can absorb moisture. You can taste it when you take them and they are nasty. Take with lots of fluid when swallowing to avoid it. But I like how I feel. Way better than an electrolyte drink. I’ve endured being out in very hot and dry heat much better than usual if I take them beforehand. They also work well as a magnesium supplement.

Helps leg cramps at night.

This is wonderful for early mornings, and let ng work days, or fun days! Lots of energy, last much longer than caffeine! Especially great if you are working or playing in the sun all day!
