Yes it is felt. Table fits 6 perfect we think 7/8 might be pretty tight fit.

Is this table needs installation?

No. This table folds to flatten. Is on the smaller side when playing with 6 or more players!

What is the warranty on this? Who has to pay for shipping if it's defective? I'm noticing similar complaints they this table sags in the middle.
