I used this as part of the Slim Fast diet plan. I only ordered these once. They were way too salty for my taste but that's because I've put myself on a low salt diet. Other than that they tasted great and now that I have low blood pressure and ive been told to add salt to my diet I will probably purchase these again.

Wasn’t big on them

These snacks certainly help whilst on the Slimfast diet (shakes). They are really tasty and have a lovely crunch. Only 99 calories too. Would buy again.

These are the yummiest of the slim fast snacks, in my opinion. They are packed with flavour, and at only 100 calories (or thereabouts) you can eat them guilt free. I don't follow the slim fast diet any more, but these are one item I still buy. Fab purchase.

Good news, these little Pretzels [which come in a little bag] are better for slimmers than big pretzels. Not as healthy as an apple, carrot or broccolli but if you are working at weight loss, these are a useful tool in reeducating eating habits. Yes I'd recommend these.

Got these are part of the Slim Fast diet (not really a diet just cutting down). Packets are small but filling and tasty. Were quite cheap compared to the supermarkets and would certainly consider more when required although hope to cut down or cut out completely in time.
