Manufacturing date isn't mentioned anywhere. How can I check the expiration date?

According to EU law, the manufacturer must put the expiration date only on cosmetics with a shelf life of less than 30 months. I have fair skin with oink undertones. All foundation makes me look orange/yellow. What is the best color?

The color I bought is buff. It is a light beige and blends perfectly with my skin color. It is lighter than my face makeup but I use it as a concealer under my eyes before applying my foundation.
