Around 30 minutes to fill 7 liters for my 2 meter head water pressure. Input TDS -650 / Output TDS -75 / Discarded TDS -890 . Everything in box for installation with premium quality except one pre-filter 3/8" elbow wrongly sent as 3/8"×1/2" for input water connection. Flavor of water is good and we are yet to measure the output PH as the brand installation person's are not entrusted to demonstrate and create awareness in end users on basics of drinking water quality. All the above reports are our personal findings. Except for stainless steel storage tank which is not present in this model one can easily stick on to this particular machine which is available for a very competitive price with all the features. We brought this machine for Rs.7845 in lightning deal on Amazon with 10 % discount from HDFC

Product is really worst. It's not fitering properly.Since day 1 Water taste is very very bad. We thought it will change after 1 or 2 days but it's as it is same. The person who came to install the purifier also done worst work. My tap was broken by him. Such an unprofessional service and worst product. I never expected such from Amazon. Very bad product plz guys do not buy this product. It's a total loss for me I am very disappointed. Plz do not buy this.

The media could not be loaded. HiI'm Dr Sainath , It's a dust bin product, at least for me. Not used even for 6 months. Rather than money lost, it wasted my time and mental peace. Actually I have purchased Faber Galaxy Fresh water purifier from amzon in June 2021. Once it was installed, post sale service is so poor. No one responded from customer care for service. The process of putting service request is very cumbersome. After many calls and request, customer care has given some local service provider. He also came after 7-8 call request and after 10days of given appointment. Service provider boy has advised to change all 4-5 cartridge at 4-5 month of use that too of municipality water. I was assured while buying and at installation time that atleast for one year, only single outer cartridge might need to change. But He changed every cartridge and charged 1800 ₹. Immediately after that Faber water purifier started leaking out. I tried to call number of times for same leaking problem. But he did never came till date. Finally I stopped using new Faber water purifier. This is very much disgusting and rubbish from Faber company. As there is no simple way to reach customer service, I felt it's better to left the water purifier unused. Even general simple company also get post sale review and call customers frequently, but here even customer want to talk with customer service provider, it's very difficult to reach by any means. Really disappointed too much. I would never ever buy product of Faber and discourage all my known from purchasing.

The filteration provided by this RO filter is pretty good and efficient. Works smoothly without issues or leakages. I've been monitoring the TDS of the filtered water and totally satisfied.Installation was smooth and quick. Happy with the support provided.

Pump stopped working after 4 months with minimal usage. Got replaced fast with a much higher quality pump under warranty.
