First off, the product itself is amazing quality! The card is quality metal, engraving is deep yet not enough to see dirt 😂, and the pictures came out great for being black and white.I had an issue where I put a space between two separate sentences, this caused an issue where it left off some of the text I was wanting engraved. I contacted the seller and they were so kind and resolved my issue!

Ordered this in advance for father’s day and inserted it inside the father’s day card. It has a box but I decided not to use it and just used the pouch that also comes with it so he would be surprised to find something inside the card. Easy to upload the photo and outcome is as expected, but I had a hard time editing the message at the back so I personally messaged the seller and to my surprise the response was fast and seller even showed the preview for my approval. Since picture is on a metal expect that there’s a little shimmer. Better to give something sturdy and would last long than a regular photo wallet.

I like how the photo came out and how I had room for my message. It also came at a good time making this a good gift for Christmas.the only thing wrong with it is it scratched but that is the only problem.

It’s a great gift to get. I got one for my husband a few years back and now I got one for my father-in-law. It’s sturdy, fits perfectly in the wallet or even on the back cover of their phones. Letters are easy to read. Definitely worth every cent!
