It works like Monohidrate but smaller dose
I have taken monohidrate for year, I switched to this one to see what happens. No noticeable change, the only clear advantage is the smaller dosage so it's easier to mix with protein.A Big disadvantage is its acidity, this compound can easily destroy your teeth itmn the long run if you don't pay attention. Never brush your teeth after taking it, I recommend mixing with a bit of sodium bicarbonate to reduce acidity as well...

Same here..!! Just got the item with no security seal on . I’m not sure if it’s meant to have one or not cos it’s my first time ordering this product but i believe all these products should have a security seal..Also doesn’t dissolve well at all..

It Works! I think
Been using it for the past month. With good diet and workout plan. I am noticing some changes with increased size of my muscles. But i think that’s already happening because of my commitment. Noticeable changes are there, i guess it works. Please share your experience too.
