Makes working with the camera so much easier!
Being able to use common HDMI cables as a "CSI cable extender" is awesome because it allows you to position the camera freely without messing with or fighting the fragile ribbon cables.Even my cheapest HDMI cables are working perfectly, but I haven't tried anything longer than about 6 ft (2m) so far.I've attached the board to my Pi4 with foam double sided tape and folded down the ribbon cable to keep everything nice and portable. I was wondering if blocking this much of the heatsink would affect the temps, but it hasn't seemed to matter for my application, YMMV.
