I really like these. They were tricky to get the hang of but whooo! What a workout!

I bought this late last night because I've just become totally self conscious about my "hank hill a$$" but I dont have time (or desire) for a gym membership. So I found this thing and read some reviews and figured 30 bucks is worth the gamble.....I received it today and BRUH I am SWEATING! and once upon a time, i used to train for fitness competitions. It's kind of awkward when you first put it on, but once you get in the flow of the movements, it makes sense. And its surprisingly comfortable to wear and very well padded so no chafing. And they have a YouTube channel so you can check out different exercises that aren't included in the mini booklet. But the straps are versatile so you wouldn't have to try anything new for a hot minute. But a must buy if you wanna get your heart rate up a little bit and get some physical activity in your life. Pray for me Bobby!

I was so excited to try this product. I recieved everything as showed on the listing. I was disappointed when i had this mini disc inside that would not play in my DVD player or computer. So I contacted them and they fixed this right away sending me the videos that were on the disc. I appreciated that so much. Their response and customer service is great. The reason I did not give a 5 star is bc the disc with the videos have nothing to do with the belt. I was hoping that the videos would be people wearing the belt and showing you different exercises. No all the videos are just different ladies teaching you how to do normal exercises. I was so disappointed. Now I have to find myself looking online and hoping that I will find some videos or something to help use this belt and make sure i am doing things the proper way. The cords have no markings on them to tell you what resistance they are. I only knew to come on amazon and look at the picture to see how they matched them up so i would know what resistances to start out with. There is only on little booklet that tells you how to put it on and has like a couple exercises to try in it. I have to say I am alittle disappointed there. I guess i just was hoping for more instruction with this product. This product seems to be built well and I am short so it works I hope once i figure everything out. I would recommend this to someone who has use one of these belts before. If not you might want to go with a product with more instruction ir you might find yourself having to search the net for instructions. :(

I like this product because it's easy to use but you will need someone to help you put on the ankle resistant bands with the waist if you have a bad balance. It's a great product I like it.
