A little thinner than the originals
These are strong and sturdy but just slightly thinner than the original Ultomato Cage brand so the arms slip just a bit. Still worth their value though, Ive been able to make them work and since the cost of the Ultomato brand has risen so much. They were $2.99 5 years ago and $5.99 for 3 sets (9 poles), now my garden center has them for $12.99 and $26.99). These are definitely a better option

Sturdy and long!
These were just what I was looking for to hold up my peonies. They worked great!

Add as it grows
The media could not be loaded. I like that I can add height to these as needed. They connect together easily. I use the twist ties to attach my tomato plant directly to the pole and it stays together. In the future, I’ll use larger pots so they have more soil to support it. You can see in the picture that I sometimes add a second pole and I twist tie it to the 1st one to keep it from leaning. But overall, I’m happy with these and will likely use them again next year. I like the look better than the cages. The green blends in well. They are made of steel so they don’t bend and should last a long time.

Works pretty good
Husband is using to stick his beans in the garden. One of them broke and inside was hard plastic. All the others have held up good.

False advertising on sizing
It's not even half an inch, I needed these for. Affective project, to be used with hair inch couplings.A sturdy stake but not half an inch wide. Just keep that in mind.

Great Supports for Garden
Very solid and well built. The clip adapters allow you to create different structures to support all types of plants. Definitely ordering more.
