Been using this stuff for years as I began coloring my hair when it started to turn grey. Just empty the powder into a bowl, use the plastic measuring cup for the correct amount of water, and stir with an application hairbrush for a minute. As it turns color and thickens, I have someone help apply it through my hair. Be careful not to get it on your skin as it stains quickly but will wash out over a couple of days. Color sets in fast within 20 minutes, and then rinse out. I use a colorfast shampoo to extend the life of the color. I like the fact it contains no ammonia-like some hair colors. The result looks natural and endures for about six weeks.

Very good quality and price

I didn't take a before photo, but there was a lot of gray. My first time using it. 1) The powder expands when mixed with water. I didn't understand that and ended up dumping some down the drain. 2) I had to really scrub my face where I got the dye on it. Next time I'll be more careful with the brush. 3) I have used other dyes that are 'just for beards', and they burned my face for days. It's been about 5 hours since I used it, and so far no problem. I'm probably going to order a lighter color when I order it again, but I'm probably going to order it again.
