Product quality is good and as advertised. Seller took great care in packing the item. They also kindly included polishing powder for upkeep of shine of the diya. Seller is genuine and good.

Main wick stand is tilting
Totally disappointed. We use this as a lamp for our home temple.Wanted to use this as a akand deep. The main wick holder is tilted and totally impossible to put a wick and light it too.
