The product arrived on time and appeared as advertised. Some reviewers commented that the plant-ons do not line up when the handrails were tightened, which is true. I solved this by applying a lot of Teflon tape to the ends, which made the rails tighten nicely and matched the white paint. My 2 complaints are that the screws are black (see photos) which detracts from the appearance, and that the screws used a T-5 Torx bit that was not supplied. This is a fairly rare bit, as most Torx screws are a size larger. As a result, I had to make a trip to the hardware store, which should not have been necessary. Otherwise, we love it.

My husband did not want me to put these up but he does find them useful when he is too tired and has to use the stairs

Ordered this to add another railing to a long staircase. It is a bit smaller in diameter than I expected, but works well. I do wish that you could order a wider variety of lengths.

Really easy to install. I have stairs that are narrow so steeper and this certainly makes them more comfortable to climb.

Issues are with the screws. 1) Ordered a white rail. came with black screws... and 2) screws are allen wrench and strip easily. Bar is sturdy, arrived quickly, packaged well. Need to rethink the screws!

I love the way this turned out, I used it for the basement stair handle. I painted mine with soft flat iron rustoleum spray paint to go with the look of the room. Replacing my old wood one to give more rustic feel. Only thing is it doesn’t tighten properly with center piece.

Fit the need I had for it. Installed it to keep a relative from falling going up and down their porch steps. Ten minutes of time may save an emergency room visit.

This railing is quite sturdy we have it at about 10 ft long for the basement railing I feel much safer having it there I would recommend it
