Easy Ajustment
I had accidentally bought a helmet that was one size to big, I put this inside and now the helmet is exactly the size I needed.

I put this into my pith helmet that i use on rainy days when I'm making deliveries, as the is no top strap in the helmet, only a head band. make the Pith helmet more comfortable to wear. easy installation.

Add zero comfort and it is very thin.

This liner was very easy to install. It offers a comfortable fit inside my safety helmet that I wear at work and the material wicks the moisture/sweat that does develop during the day. It is also easy to remove for throwing it in the wash on a weekly basis.
