Not sure about the lean part, but I take it for the turmeric. Basically look for quality affordable option and right now this fits the bill.

No weight loss but inflammation down
I haven’t lost a single ounce and this has no effect on my appetite. However my energy level is up and inflammation seems to be down. Hopefully it keeps up. Just ordered second bottle.

Does nothing
Really does nothing. I don't know what the point of this product is. I use Turmeric in my everyday cooking and no weight loss so, I'll stick to my regular routine.

Not a very great taste, but definitely cleans out your system. Bigger sized pills but not hard to swallow.

Pharmacist stated he recommended Turn Eric Lean along with Steel Libido and Grape Seed Extract opc for inflammation over Curamed. Also it is a lot cheaper.

Intreging concept that a spice can help with appetite control and inflammation.
I found that these are easy to swallow and am hoping for some help with appetite control. I have been using them at the evening meal because I am a nite time muncher. I do believe there is some truth to the claim that this will help with appetite control but the user of any product must admit that you can play tricks on your mind without any outside help. I will use the rest of this product but I do not expect any weight loss, however if this product can prevent the numbers on the scale from climbing, I will consider this a success.
