Love this EXCEPT when I have to move the goose neck to "zoom in" or "zoom out". It will stop working and give me a "HUE is not connected" error - then it takes me 5 minutes to get it to show my paper again. If you bump it it goes out. Any movement can 'disconnect' it and you have to unplug, replug, refresh, adjust and hope it comes back.
