Q: What is a TPU material?

I'm not totally sure . The cover I purchased is Stretchable plastic. So I'm assuming it means Thermal Plastic Unit. It is a very nice plastic case and is tough and smooth. I totally enjoy the feel and look of my case.

Q: there are 3 pieces; 1 for the circuit board 1 for the key 1 for the 5 buttons(lock/unlock/remote start/tailgate/alarm which piece am I getting ?

You get everything you need except for the circuit board. You use the circuit from old remote because this is what has all the information for your vehicle. If you use new circuit board you will have to have the remote reprogrammed. This is an expensive deal.,unless you can program in your vehicle with the master key. Just make sure you don't replace circuit board of Master key.

Q: Do you offer one in the same red color that will fit a 2017 lincoln mkz?

you will have to ask Manufacture, I don't know this answer.
