Q: Would it help to deodorize a clothes closet?

No. Go with some thing like a damp rid for closets. They have a few products one is a box type thing. The other is a hanger and that will deodorize and also a trap in excess moisture.

No, these are made specifically to hang in refrigerators

Q: Is it just baking soda inside? Or is it mixed with something else?

It is just baking soda but sticks up in fridge out of the way

Q: Will this stick and work in drawers and cabinets

The item has suction cups attached however it wouldn't stay on my refrigerator wall so I just lay it on a shelf. I don't know about drawers or closets as I've only used them in the fridge. They do work well there.
