Good range of bands. Ideal.

New to workouts but working to a physio plan for arthritis and finding daily use is aiding muscle strengthening. There are five different strength bands, and YouTube videos are worth viewing

Had been told about these,as I like 2 try & keep fit,&l must admit they are better than I thought, very easy 2 use

Don't know why I didn't think of ordering these before, but I'm glad I have them now. As a beginner using resistance bands, i have found them really easy to use. There are loads of youtube videos of demonstrations, but there is a handy little sheet with the set that shows various workouts and the part of the body targeted.You can pretty much use them anywhere and they are so light and flexible they can be taken anywhere, even on holiday. Very pleased with this set.

Great product and easy to use. Only disappointing thing was that the material near the clasp on the yellow band was frayed/torn when it arrived. We just wanted to get the yellow band replaced but Amazon's options don't allow this so we have had to return the whole product 🙄

I was always against resistances bands, as I preferred to just lift weights at the gym, however being in lockdown and gyms being closed, I thought I would give them ago, and I have to say I am highly impressed on how easy it is to use and actually feel that it is making me work hard, and for the price I would say it on the more cheap side to other bands I have seen, but I would highly recommend this product, I use it every day, and it is so easy to put on the door and use!
