Can i get these work on a ps4 and ps5 and xbox series x?

Yes you can, I use a pair of Kali audio in8's. My setup, optical out from Samsung The Frame 2022, to DAC, from DAC to speakers. Sound is excellent, I have both Series X and PS5. I wanted these initially but couldn't get them at that time

What do i need to hook these to my computer?

These speakers take an XLR and/or 1/4" inch phone jack as inputs. You would need an audio source/cable that terminates in one of those connections.
