It does what it says but not comfortable to sit on for long
I was happy to get this at first and it does cool you down if you are in AC environment but it not comfortable to keep on the seat all the time even when you don't want to you. It's a bit noisy as well as it has a fan but it's a very good deal.

Not happy
Received two. One stopped working effectively in a month. And when I tried the second one.. I found out that it's not working at all. I'm unsatisfied.......
