Flexible
It's great, but a little bit more flexible then I wanted. I used it to try to get a dirt bike out of the ditch, but because it's flexible it wasn't a constant pull. I'm not saying it's a rubber band, but it definitely stretches and collapses enough that it's more of a jerking motion than just a pull.
