These are a good idea. They clamp the wire securely without pinching it, and the screw will never pull out the way a nail does. On the downside, they take longer to install, and the screw heads are a little shallow for using a gun to drive them into harder woods. But definitely recommended.

Great product. Easy to use and way more convenient than the nail in versions. Perfect for Coax, Cat 6, or power cables.
