Excellent Loose Powder to set make-up!
This Cinema Secrets Pro Cosmetics loose powder is perfect to “set” your make-up. I applied my make-up as usual and used this as the last step of my make-up routine. After working and being on the go for over 10 hours today, my make-up looks just as fresh as it did early this morning! It totally works! It softens the look of fine lines when applied lightly. Simply take a powder brush and shake a little powder out in the top of the powder container. Put your brush in the loose powder and tap the brush on the side of the container to make excess powder fall out then lightly brush it over your face and neck. Some reviews say using this powder is messy, but it “is” loose powder - so of course it will be more messy than a compact powder, but you have to know the proper way to use loose powder! 🤷🏼♀️I highly recommend this powder to mask oily skin and to set your make-up for longer wear. See my pictures for details.TIP: Don’t fully remove the tape cover from the inside of the container. Just peel it back a little do you can better control the amount of powder you need! See picture for details!

Excellent product- not oily, can be used without foundation, or as a highlighter. Beautiful results!
This is my new favorite powder for my face. It’s slightly darker than my skin, but not to the point that it’s obvious. It blends well and gives my face a kiss of bronze, like I’ve spent the afternoon in the sun. I’ve actually gotten some compliments since I began using it. I like to use it to contour my cheekbones, which it does very well. In fact, sometimes I use it alone, without any foundation underneath because I’m so happy with the results! It’s easy to apply. I prefer to use a makeup sponge, but you can use your fingers, a cotton ball, or makeup brush (recommended by manufacturer). It doesn’t have that oily smell that some foundations and powders have. It’s basically odorless.Anything reason I love this product is that it doesn’t cause my skin to break out, even if I forget to wash it off at night. That’s major, because I have pretty sensitive skin. This is an excellent translucent powder that evens out skin tone, gives it a hint of color, and can be used to highlight areas of your face. And it’s perfect if you have sensitive skin too. I would highly recommend it to pretty much anyone!

Another good Cinema Secrets product
I’m a pro MUA and I really like Cinema Secrets line of foundation. This is the first time I’ve tried their setting powder and it is just as good as their foundations.Translucent, transparent, setting, finishing, tinted, invisible, etc; this is one of those grey areas in makeup terminology that tends to create confusion and is not always consistent across brands. This powder is tinted whereas usually what is referred to as ”translucent” powder has not color. In my opinion, ultra sheer tinted powders like this one could be considered translucent but not transparent, but a lot of cosmetics lines use those words interchangeably when they really shouldn’t. Because this powder is tinted, it will leave a bit of visible color but it will be very sheer. So make sure you get the appropriate shade to match your foundation color. This powder is great for initial application to set makeup and soften the look especially on darker skin tones but for touch-ups I recommend using transparent powder so you don’t pile on more color throughout the day.
