This is a very attractive binder. Well made with padded front and back covers that feel a bit like suede. The ring binder itself is strong, holds together well and doesn't allow pages to slip out of their rings. And it comes with a generous number of pages. It was exactly what I was looking for and I'm extremely pleased with it. However...When it arrived from the Amazon seller, I was ready to return it. The one the seller sent to me obviously hadn't gone through a quality control check--or it had and the checker didn't give a hoot that it was mis-made. The ring binder had been installed crookedly, the covering was put on askew, and the padding on the front cover was bunched up under the cover.I decided to contact the manufacturer, C. R. Gibson, about this problem, and I'm very glad I did. I found an email address for them online and wrote explaining my problem. I received a very courteous answer--not a form letter--and within two weeks I had a replacement binder in my hands, which is the one I give 5 stars to. Also, five stars to C. R. Gibson for their excellent customer service.

It’s nice to have something written down and set up everything on Electronics

I bought the refill sheets in order to divide my book into two sections - one for names, addresses and phone numbers; one for computer related info. I love it. So happy to have a hard copy backup of this important info.
