Don’t waste you money
If I could give this zero stars I would. I bought this for my husband (he picked it out), this phone has been a nightmare. Unfortunately it’s not returnable. Every text that was sent to him, was coming through in Chinese. After researching online, we found this is a common problem. He’s gone to blogs & tried everything on YouTube to remedy this. Each time he finds something that seems to work, within a few days, it’s back to Chinese. It’s working now, but for how long, who knows. And yesterday, a new problem. Since I have a spam block on my iPhone, any caller not in my contacts, goes straight to vm, & my phone doesn’t ring. Well, he tried calling me 6 times & all calls went to vm. When I look at recent calls, all his calls showed “ unknown caller number”. Fortunately, after trying numerous fixes, & calling my phone countless times, his calls came through. My husband, is a bit of a tech nerd, he’s the guy that family & friends call with their tech issues. So, it’s not that he’s not tech savvy, it’s that this phone is truly a piece of crap. Sorry for the harsh review, but, $788.71 is a big chunk of money, for something that’s non-returnable.
