RGB for those that hate RGB
I'm not a fan of RGB. I had planned on building my PC without any lighting but discovered that the illuminated logo on my GPU cannot be turned off. So I decided to embrace subtle lighting. Corsair iCue is reasonably decent and allows a variety of static lighting options. I decided to mirror the green GPU lighting on all other text and have white for the rest - I really like it. The lighting options on the DIMMs is actually very impressive - it actually looks great rain bowing through the spectrum but that's not what I wanted. I think it looks pretty good even static. It is really bright but dimmable through iCue - I have mine at 10% and that is plenty bright enough. Oh, and as RAM it works perfectly - I haven't tried manually OC but XMP profile works perfectly.

Outstanding RAM!!!
I simply love this RAM, it is beautiful, sleek, stylish and the amount of RGB options you get to play with in the iCue app is amazing, I spent several hours just creating different patterns and colour mixes. It is a little bit heavier than previously used Corsair RAM, but don't let that put you off, it just means they're well built. The white ones fit perfectly in my monochrome build of black & white.I have seen previous reviews by clueless people who state the RAM doesn't run at the 3200mhz speed it says it does. News flash silly people, it does, you just have to go into your Bios and change it from its minimum setting of 2133mhz to the preferred 3200mhz, it is as simple as clicking a button from 'off' to 'on'. They put it on this because not all motherboards can handle the top setting, think of it as a starting point and all you have to do is turn it up. So please don't listen to those people who have no idea what they're talking about. This RAM is truly superb!!!

Powerful, Premium RAM
The first time I held these in my hand, I knew I had made a good choice. There was something about the solid weight, the stylish design and the eye catching looks that made me think 'Mmm, I just spent twice as much on these then I should have'.Yes, these are expensive, yes they look great - and yes performance is excellent (but whisper it, is it noticeably better then far cheaper alternatives? I don't think so)The main reason to get these, is for the fantastic RGB lighting, and it really is something. Bright, eye catching and with a multitude of options, its really something to admire...unless your computer is below the desk...like mine is, hm...Lights are controlled by ICue, a terrible, terrible piece of software in my opinion, I've managed to set the RGB lights on an interesting setting (Stack) but its surprisingly hard to make a playlist of features, or even just to cycle through options. I don't think there is any good RGB software in my experience, and ICue doesn't buck the trend.Still, they sure look good.

Reliable and looks great
What can you say? They do their job and do it well.I have an Asus Maximus Hero XI so I have a motherboard that lights up via the bundled Asus Aura software. My Corsair RAM and AIO H115i Pro XT cooler use the Corsair iCUE software which has an Asus add-on to link with the motherboard, which it appears to do successfully. I only use the LEDs to indicate the temperature of the components (chip, RAM, memory and the GPU via the motherboard colour) although you can set it to be more interesting in the colour animations.I bought this 32GB kit to add to the 16GB kit I already had installed so I had all 4 slots populated. The effects are even better but used ICue to show the Dominator colour for temperature and used the other square LEDs for something more interesting.I then built my son an AMD 5900X based build in January and whilst I managed to obtain the chip, Corsair cooler and Asus X570-E Motherboard, I found real problems sourcing AMD 5000 series compatible RAM from their AMD approved list. Was looking for 3600MHz RAM but there are not many Corsair kits on the approved list with RGB at the moment. 3600MHz RAM was running out everywhere and prices were going stupid so I pulled this 32GB 3200MHz kit out of my Maximus Hero Xi and used it in the AMD build and BOOM, job done. Installed Windows 10 Pro and there hasn't been any issues with this kit set to XMP profile at 3200MHz on the Asus X570-E with a Ryzen 9 5900X, so I'm not sure what all the worry was about all over the net. Granted I'm not overclocking the chip or RAM but it has been stable continuously and it is not even the 'Ryzen Optimised' version.I've always used Corsair in my builds for over 20 years (AMD and Intel) and never had any problems. Plus it looks great in a windowed case.
