Perfect gym shoe
These are great for workouts. I just did BodyStep. These felt way better than my previous non rubber shoes. I’m a 9.5W, and I ordered a 10 like I usually do in normal width. I think a 9.5 would have been better. The top is sock like and has a lot of give. There was too much slack front to back for jumping lunges and squats. I’m ordering different color in 9.5.Update: I returned the 10 and bought 9.5. The 9.5 are perfect. I can't believe they work well with my wide feet. Seriously, my feet are a mess. I have bunions. I'm a runner. I'm a nurse. I'm a mom of 2. I broke my ankle in the past and sprained the other recently. I have a lot of demands of my shoes for my feet to be comfortable. These are great.

Bad knees, bad arches, and FINALLY the right shoes!!
It’s VERY hard for me to find shoes. I have knock knees, one very bad knee in particular that I had surgery on, poor alignment in my lower back, and pronation of my feet/ankles (from the arches) that demands decent arch support (wow, when I put that all down in words it just SOUNDS terrible! Haha). Anyway, despite all of that, I stay very active. I jog, strength train, and I love High intensity training. After two shoe returns I finally found the perfect shoes: these! I love them. Lightweight, great support, perfect for indoor or outdoor. I did strength training AND interval training today and didn’t have to curl my toes for balance, over-correct my foot placement to help with pronation, or do any of those go-to things that my body usually has to do to make up for the poor structure. They just...fit...and supported...without tearing up my heel! I wish they came in more colors because I would buy up every one!

Perfect for HIIT!
Finally! I have found a sneaker that works for high impact and strength training. I had a pair of Reeboks I purchased over 2 years ago which I loved and were great got HIIT workouts, lots of jumping, leaping to the side, quick switching of feet, etc. For the past year I have been searching for their replacement. Who would have thought it would be so hard? After trying on, purchasing and returning probably close to 20 pairs of sneakers, I have finally found ones that work. One of the downsides to athleisure becoming so popular, is that there are so many more athletic shoes out there that are fine for running errands, but don't provide the support needed for actual workouts. So it can be time-consuming finding the right fit! These Reeboks are great. They don't feel like clouds when you put them on, but that's okay. They are very well cushioned and have lots of padding on the bottoms to protect your feet during high impact training. They also hug the foot well and my foot doesn't slide in sink in when jumping side to side, etc. Finally, the traction is good. Several of the shoes that I purchased and had to return were too slippery on the floor. Doing runners, planks, and burpees were nearly impossible with constantly sliding feet. These work perfectly! I'm so happy to finally have footwear that's going to protect an support my feet.If you do HIIT frequently or strength training, buy these, there are perfect!

Perfect shoes for HIIT workouts
These shoes are the perfect shoe for HIIT workouts. The shoes grip the floor and have a very comfortable base when doing squats.

Okay
I’m satisfied with the shoes for what they are for. The sides where you tie your shoes have a plastic that digs in here and there while doing workouts. They do run wide and loose. I wouldn’t recommend this type of shoe to someone that has narrow feet.

Great pair of cross training shoes!
I bought these to use in a variety of workout classes that I take, including tabata, HIIT, cycling, step, and boot camp. They are so comfortable.. best I have purchased in a long time. Would purchase again.

Decent and super cute!
The sizing and fit is great and the first time putting it on, it does feel comfortable. I am usually a 7 for Nike and a 6.5 for adidas so my feet are in between - I got a 7 for these and they fit pretty good. I was looking for a shoe that hugs the feet nicely without a tongue. Though some people complain about the built-in sock-like feature, I personally like it and do not find it an issue when wearing them - they’re supposed to be flexible and not sewn in the back in order to hug your feet well and more flexibly. Anyway, on to the performance of these shoes:I’ve used them for Chloe Ting’s workouts at home and for a run around the lake - I have yet to use them for lifting in the gym. These were described as training shoes and for HIIT which I think Chloe’s workouts do fall under. I would say they are better than doing the workouts barefoot (which I’ve been doing), since they do provide support and cushion. My only complain is that while doing lunges for example, my bent feet doesn’t feel the most comfortable because it feels like the sole and the base of the shoes are a little hard/stiff.While running around the lake, it was okay - honestly wouldn’t be my first pick to take for a run - but I guess I cannot complain since these were not advertised as “running shoes”. There was enough cushioning on the landing base of the foot but again, like I mentioned earlier, they aren’t the most flexible soles so you do feel that a bit while running.Though I have not done lifting with these in the gym yet, I can tell that these would probably do best in that area because of the stiffer but also thick soles for support. The bottom of the soles are designed in a manner that would give good balance & stability.Overall I think these are pretty decent shoes. They are comfortable to wear throughout the day for running errands and also are great for walking (an look darn cute!). I think they are versatile in that you could still get away with running and other activities here and there once in a while but as someone who likes running outdoors frequently, I will be wearing a different pair of actual running shoes.

Good fit, solid performance so far!
I just got these shoes and tried them out for a full HIIT workout this morning and they felt great! Some reviewers have said that the inner "sock" is difficult to put on, but I didn't have much of a problem with it. I like the fact that it has this soft collar to help prevent blistering, especially above the heel at the ankle, unlike what I have heard about the Reebok Nano X. It's not a full inner sock, just a nylon fabric stretch collar around the opening. I could do burpees and jumps no problem. The soles have great grip on my wood floor. Even though the shoes only have a small front bumper on the toe, it wasn't a problem for me while I was doing burpees. My toes felt protected. I was surprised by how well my feet felt stable on fast lateral movements even though there's no visible hard structure on the sides of the shoes. So far, I'm very happy with my purchase! I managed to get a great price on these for $68 CDN vs. regular price at $120 CAD, so it's great value for the money, especially compared to the much more expensive Nano X shoes ($150 CAD).

Great shoe!
I have never bought shoes online, and have always bought another brand in the past. However, I needed a new pair for exercise/work.. I reviewed the comments, took the measurement and ordered... these fit perfect, great support, can fit orthotics in, they're comfortable and look pretty nice. have had several compliments... don't hesitate to buy.

Great at first but not durable
I loved these for my workouts at home. They are comfy and hold your feet well during interval training. But 5 months later, I have holes at the tip of both shoes... Quite disappointed! I am gonna somehow try to sew these and see how long it lasts before buying a new pair...

Pretty great!
These shoes are awesome for hit training and have decent arch support. Only thing is that the padding/sole in the front of one shoe was kind of uneven. It evened out more as I wore them. Overall great shoe. Also, I’m always a 6.5 and these 6.5 fit perfectly.

comfortable shoes
The shoes fit well and are comfortable for exercising. The only thing I found is I have to use a shoe horn to put them on because of the extra "sock" that is part of the shoe.
