This was exactly what I needed to be able to work from my bed while recovering. It's the perfect size and shape and provides support exactly where needed. Unfortunately, it's one drawback is a major one. As soon as opening the airtight packaging, it filled the room with the overwhelming smell of mildew. Nothing I've done has been able to take the smell away. I tried dousing it in Febreze multiple times to no avail. Everytime I move it, the smell is renewed. There is no visible water damage or mold so I have to assume the smell is inside. Definitely a big disappointment. I don't have a box big enough to return it.

I've had these for a few weeks and still can't use them. The mildew smell is so bad and nothing I've tried has gotten rid of it. For the price I expected better.

I like this item. It is very comfortable and is what I was looking for.

I purchased 2 for christmass presents. They loved them. Took a bit to figure out how to zip the neck roll on. I love how they are machine washable. I saw a few reviews about an odor. There wasnt any odor. They came as described i will most be buying myself one now.

In my opinion this was very cheaply made very skinny little zippers to hold the head pillow to it and it was too heavy for my 86 year-old mother-in-law to use

The bed rest pillow is great, very comfortable, there was no neck roll.

Love my back rest. When I sit in my bed it helps my back. It gives me great support for watching tv in bed.

It arrived exactly as their description said it would! It did take a whole day to fluff up and it was great!! My daughter loves it!

The head rest is very sloppy and not supportive... it keeps falling down even when tied maybe use velcro?!?!. I thought the chair alone was taller then other brands. Cup holders don't hold anything except maybe a plastic water bottle and the plastic holders like to pop out. The side pockets are probably the only useful thing going.
