Leaves me feeling more calm and relaxed, and refreshed to an extent, i'll buy another batch later when i run out.

Definitely love Dr Berg products. My partner buys another brand without the added lemon flavour and I just couldn’t drink it. This is very sweet and artificial tasting (not really lemon tasting) so you have to weigh up which you prefer but for me, this is the one. Gives me a big energy boost in the morning taken on an empty stomach. Need to stir and crush it with the spoon for a few seconds in cold water but it does completely dissolve into a palatable drinkable powerful wheatgrass juice.

Previously I used to buy Green Magma wheat grass powder and although the taste took a little getting use to you could easily add fruits and veggies to mask the grassy, earthy flavour. However, I’ve been looking for another alternative because I’m struggling to find my original preferred brand and thought I’d try Dr Berg’s. In the description it sounded perfect with the organic powder but they have added a sweetener (I guess to make it more palatable) but it’s so over powering and so incredibly sweet it ruins it if you did want to add to a fruit smoothie it would be overwhelming. It’s such a shame because it seems like a high quality product but just far too sugary.

I’d seen the video on Dr Bergs benefits of wheat grass and tried to get away with cheaper versions, they was un drinkable and one even smelt like cowdung. My advice is invest in this stuff, I cant swallow anything that tastes remotely of green stuff but this was ok and after a couple of days I really like the taste.I’ve invested in Dr Berg other products now definitely worth the extra money. I recommend watching the videos too.
