Dirty old used product. Parts missing. Terrible.

Il prezzo non è certamente trascurabile, ma la qualità è veramente eccellente. Questa è la seconda che acquisto, mentre la prima è già in uso da più di un anno e funziona sempre perfettamente. Quando ho acquistato la prima non credendo particolarmente della durata dichiarata delle batterie ne ho acquistate due serie, è pazzesco il fatto che ora a distanza di oltre un anno le batterie siano ancora cariche e quelle di scorta le ho utilizzate per la portina nuova appena acquistata. Io ho optato per la versione grande perchè il tunnel di queste portine è piuttosto lungo e la mia gatta è un pò tondeggiante. Va comunque tenuto conto che con i gatti o cani più timidi ci vuole pazienza per farli abituare al rumore che fa il magnete di sgancio.

J ai pris la grande chatiere pour un chat entre 7 et 8 kgs. Elle ne fait pas de bruit. Pour l'instant au bout d une semaine mon chat de 12 ans ne s en sert pas nous n avons aucune explication sur la programmation ! Dans l idée nous voulons que notre chat entre et sorte à volonté jour et nuit. Mais nous n y parvenons pas la porte reste bloquée pour la sortie de plus il y a AM et PM pour la France nous ne savons pas.....il serait urgent que lz fournisseur nous aide. La chatiere est de qualité

This cat door is well made, easy to program, reads my cat’s microchip without fail and was easy to install. Our older cat is very hesitant to use it. She has never used a cat door before. The clicking sound it makes when her microchip is being read (and the latches open) makes her nervous and causes her to back away. It’s only been a week though. I suspect she will become more comfortable with it. Unfortunately what we need it for is to keep our kitten indoors while allowing our older cat to go in and out as she pleases. The side with the tunnel is the only side that reads the microchip. Our only option at this point is to install the product backwards but I’m not sure we should because the buttons probably shouldn’t be exposed to rain etc. Awesome product, I just wish I had read the description better. In a few months when our kitten is old enough to go outside it will work like a dream.

NÃO COMPREM! Se der problema vc não vai ter suporte para acionar a garantia nem mesmo assistência técnica para reparar. O meu deu problema com pouco mais de 3 meses( não lê mais o chip) e não tenho suporte nem do fabricante nem da Amazon.

Nos costó entrenar a nuestro gato gordo pero ahora la usa sin problema. Una de las razones por las que compramos esta marca es que encontramos en Google las instrucciones para hacer que funcione con baterías recargables porque odiamos el desperdicio que generan las no recargables.
