Everyone was asking where did you get it? And browsing through it and say it look so cool. It has all the information that’s needed for the hand off and nice boxes for to do list and anatomy to draw on. It was really nice!

I recently purchased this product for my niece, who is a newly licensed nurse. She absolutely LOVES everything about it. She said the prompted templates make her job so much easier and contain everything you need to give a detailed, organized report. As an added bonus, she was thrilled to find that the EZ Handoff fits perfectly into her scrub pocket! This is an amazing product for ANY nurse, regardless of experience.

I make photo copies, so not to waste the assessment. A wipe off/ plastic film coating might be a better tool, since we change patients daily. But.. It is a nice tool, and since I can copy it. It's ok.

Love using this book for hand-off. As a new graduate nurse it provides me with an overall picture of my patient. Highly recommend if you are looking to use something that you have immediate access to and provide straight to the point information to a doctor, nurse or aid as it will save time rather than to log into a computer. The only downside is some areas have limited space to write information. I wish there was an extra page or blank area behind each hand-off page to add additional notes and medications as these areas are very limited. Other than that I give it 5 stars. Definitely worth the money!!!

Guides shift report. Keeps report focused and easy to document!

The templates are empty reports similar to those we have at hospitals. Would not waste my money on it if I knew. Didn't add a bit to my knowledge. Disappointed.

I would prefer the info not to take more than one page. As an experienced nurse, you want all the stuff on one page. I prefer at least two sbar sheets per page. It makes it easier to get information and relay info instead of flip flopping between pages. It has all the stuff needed.
