I bought the largest size for my husband's size 12 boots and they just about fit, but it leaves a few millimetres gap around the edges.. There is very little cushioning, so this product made NO difference.We had bought some different gel insoles for a fraction of the price from our local cheap shop, those ones are superior to these overpriced slices of gel.Junk!

Pretty good got for my son as has growing issues that has led to limp and pain, hence recommend by physio. Do tend to come unstuck from shoe quite quickly
