A beautiful, swoon worthy and heartfelt love story
Oh. My. Heart!!! I just had to give a big sigh soon after finishing this story, it’s just so swoonworthy. So many feels. I found myself savoring this book. This is what all romances should be; sweet, swoony, heartbreaking, beautiful, and all consuming. Natalie and Nick’s story was magical. I got all the happy feels from the very beginning, and I didn't want it to end.Never Got Over You is a romance filled with all the feels and heart gripping moments. Natalie and Nick were incredible together. Their love and connection was not only instantaneous, it was soul deep, and they complemented each other perfectly. Together, they are electric. Their love is pure and seeing it develop had me swooning. I loved every second of the hurdles they overcame, their individual growth and their truly beautiful love story, even the parts that brought a tear to my eye.I fell so hard for these characters and I continued to fall throughout their entire journey. Their story was flawlessly written and heartfelt. I am endlessly in love with S.L. Scott's work and her writing always makes me feel. She continues to blow my mind with her phenomenal words and I’ll always be on tenterhooks waiting for more of her stories.

A Love Story Forever!
NEVER GOT OVER YOU is not a 2nd chance romance, but what about a 3rd chance romance. But destiny, written in the stars, or plain old fate brought them together. Natalie St. James was vacationing on Catalina Island when totally drunk, fell off her bar-stool. Luckily she fell into the arms of her very handsome dream man. Nick Christiansen who was vacationing, too! They spent one wonderful night in each other's arms. But when morning came, Nick's arms were empty. Natalie was gone! They had exchanged 1st names only! Why hadn't they got to know each other better? They were busy doing the fun something else!!Natalie & Nick had not taken the time to get around to “properly introduce” each other. Although Nick loved their beginning, he hated their ending. Also Natalie was struggling with moving on. At what point does she move on from the best night of her entire life? Four months and three weeks pass when the unbelievable happens. In New York City, a place of nine million people, Nick & Natalie meet again. It isn't luck but destiny. A 2nd chance or will they need a 3rd. “I would have found you again one way or another because the truth is, “I Never Got Over You.”

Destiny!
Oh My…just the opening of the first chapter will make you swoon…Is this a dream…is it real..and who is this hot guy. Natalie St. James and Nick Christianson meet in a bar..both on a quicky vacation trip..and before you know it they are back home and neither has a way to get in touch with the other. BUT…then destiny steps in and on the streets of NYC they bump into each other, literally, and that connection finally has more meaning to both of them. Yep, they have real charisma..But…the stars were aligning to crush them when it turns out they are connected in more ways then they ever thought. In the end love is the winner..thank goodness!! A really good 5 star read..Scott writes a good story.

A fate fueled tale of love and second chances!!
“Hope is only as strong as the heart that wields it.”A fate fueled tale of love and second chances, this romance story had me believing that everything happens for a reason. Nick and Natalie were a match made in the stars but circumstances and a few other obstacles definitely tried to keep them apart. I loved the way the book started, with a vacation meet cute that had me laughing, Natalie certainly had luck on her side when Nick caught her from completely falling off of a bar top! What she didn’t bargain for was her heart immediately being smitten with the charming man, he had me swooning right from the start as well. One unforgettable night of food, laughter and just first names, neither could forget each other months later, leaving fate the opportunity to intervene.“I would have found you again one way or another because the truth is, I never got over you.”I always love when characters in a romance run into each other again after months apart and that spark just ignites again and that is exactly what happens with Nick and Natalie. Nick was such a complete gentleman their first night together, but he definitely didn’t hesitate to show Natalie all the ways he could make her feel good the second time around. Their romance is definitely that insta-love feeling but it worked so well for them and this story, with a few bumps in the road causing some turmoil in their love. Another great summer feelgood romance that was a great escape for me!“It’s not work to love each other, so that’s not a term we use. Loving each other is easy. It’s life that gets in the way.”

a 3.5 star recommend..
spoilersThe H and h meet over vacation. He saves her from falling after she had too much to drink. They are mutually attracted to each other over their easy banter. Both of them have similar backgrounds--wealthy families with family businesses. He's 25 and just graduated law school. He now works for his family's business. She's 23 and just graduated with a marketing degree. She has her own startup firm. They spend the night talking and she disappears. They are geographically challenged. She lives in NY and he lives in California. Neither can forget the other during the five months they are apart. They do not have each other's contact info.Five months later, the two run into each other again..this time in NY. He scares off the h's date with encouragement from the h and spends time with her before he has to fly back to California. He's there on business exploring a purchase of a firm for his family. This time they decide to label their relationship as boyfriend/girlfriend. The two finally get together after a big misunderstanding at the end.Likes: The couple's whimsical banter was entertaining. The two characters were very likable. Low on angst. Easy read.No likes: could have use a bit more angst than the misunderstanding at the end of the book.A 3.5 star recommend. I read the H's brother book first. It was equally enjoyable.

Okay
Started off great and then I dunno, it just turned into another big standard romance led by miscommunication. It totally lost its spark.
