Wow! Easy & Fast.
I got this so I could back up my 2019 16" MBP to upgrade the OS. All I can say is "WOW"! It copied everything so quickly.I'd bought another one --the brand we all think of first for a thumb drive-it wouldn't work.It wouldn't copy anything. I wasted hours trying and trying to figure out why it wasn't working, then more time on their website trying to figure out if I had to do something, like format it or ??, so it would copy. Never found anything. I wrote to them --they never responded. Gave them a few weeksbecause of the pandemic and thinking maybe they had a lot of people out..but nothing. Finally, I gave up and will never buy one of their products again.Wasting so much time while more & more things wouldn't work because I needed to upgrade my OS.I got so frustrated. Finally, I came looking for another thumb drive to back-up with. I spent hours researching here, on Amazon, reading about them, reading reviews, etc. and settled on this one:THKAILAR USB Flash Drive- 128GB USB Thumb-2-in-1 Memory C Stick.... .It arrived quickly but I was somewhat afraid to try it because of my other experience— I stalled.Finally this morning I got some courage. I plugged it in and dragged a file onto it. Copied! Dragged another file. Copied! I opened a few to make sure. Everything was as it should be. This is whatI had expected with the first one. So, this morning, I copied everything that isn't part of the OS onto this drive in short order. I'm so impressed at how quickly it copied everything.If you need to back up your data, and have a Mac that meets the compatibility requirements, buy this drive. As for other functions, or other devices, I don't know. I bought it for a specific purpose and it did what I wanted done quickly and easily. I suspect it will for everything they say you can do on appropriateequipment.

Excellent dual USB flash drive
I needed to transfer and save data between my Macbook Pro and an older PC in my office. Data transfer is fast for my smaller document files. Can't go wrong for under $10.

This is junk
I connect this useless thing into my brand new iPhone 15 plus to download my pics into the USB, and my phone doesn't recognize it. I kept taking it out, plugging it in and my phone wouldn't read it. I'm returning this useless device.
