The spacers in the picture look very dry and chalky but the spacers I received are high quality black rubber with a great elasticity. I don't know if it was the camera they used for the picture or if the rubber was powdered or something else but the final product is far nicer than the picture makes them out to be. This comes with everything pictured in a small plastic tote, all the components bagged and sorted. The quality seems good, and so far I have found no defective parts or anything negative to say about it.
