I was cutting off barstools chair legs with a hand saw. So ordered this saw I’m 83 years old lady and I really like this saw. Is doing a really good job.

Are use this for my laminate flooring. It works great.

This is an excellent saw. Handles well and cuts good and straight. Would highly recommend it. Customer service was excellent.

It is another good Power Smart tool.

We are awaiting the business’ response."Below is my experience with PowerSmart Customer Service.I purchased a PowerSmart jigsaw from Amazon on 01/06/2023. I have used it at most 5 times. On 09/18/2023, while using the saw, the blade guide and quick release fell apart. On, 09/18/2023, I message their support from the PowerSmart website. On 09/18/2023, I received the following reply, "Hi, we are getting your submission. We will get back to you shortly."PowerSmart did not get back with. Two days later, on 09/20/2023, I emailed their support at [email protected]. On 09/25/2023, I received a reply from PowerSmart asking for my address, purchase receipt, picture or video of issue and using the exploded parts view in user manual, list parts that are missing or damaged. On 09/25/2023, I replied with their requested information.On 10/2/2023, I received a reply from PowerSmart, they stated the replacement parts are not available. They suggested to take the "defective mower" (I have a JIGSAW) to an authorized repair center or a local maintenance location. The closet repair center is over 300 miles away.If PowerSmart states the replacement parts are not available, how would any repair center fix the Jigsaw? It seems like PowerSmart wants shift the warranty and repair responsibility to someone else.On 10/2/2023, I sent PowerSmart the information concerning the repair center geographics, the clarification of the defective Jigsaw, the Jigsaw model and serial number.On 10/4/2023, I sent PowerSmart another message. Stating my frustration in getting the Jigsaw repaired.My patience is running very thin. PowerSmart appears to only respond with idle messages and no follow through.This lack of concern, extremely slow response and no follow through for this issue has gone on since Sept. 18th.

Bttery didn't work. Had to return.

So easy to use and change bladeI used it to cut laminated floor it came real handy

Having had this since last year I have used it only a few times on projects around the house. It feels strong and should prove to be a great tool , but, I found the blade rear support/ guide, a roller, has a tiny pin held in place with microscopic clips on either side. It started to come apart early on but I caught it before it fully did so and replaced the clip on my own. It did this again today and the roller is lost for good. The Web sight doesn't show any replacement parts for this saw and without this guide the blade won't stat aligned. I have contacted the seller sight but don't expect any help for the matter as a redesign is needed for the saw. I found the back support in the grass and installed a stainless steel 4 mm bolt and locking nut replacing the shaft that kept vibrating apart!

Two hands needed. One to hold emergency button and then other to start.Bit will it come out any more.Extra pieces supplied and no instructions where they go. Awful.Too expensive to return it. Battery is ok. Power is fine.Never again will I buy a no name product.If the bit blade breaks its done. It’s as if it’s welded in there!!! Will not come out.

Works well easy to use and has plenty of power

The blade holder came apart the first time I used the saw. I might have some responsibility in breaking it but I cannot find any service center to fix it or provide me with the missing parts. The company refunded my purchase but I need to buy another saw.

After using it one time, the knife broke and couldnt be inserted anymore into the machine. Really dissapointing, don’t know if this is faulty or it is just not good quality
