Q: How many grams of caffeine does this contain?

The green tea used in Agua Bucha contributes an extremely trace amount of caffeine - less than 5mg per 12 oz can.

Q: I was told that Kombucha needs to be kept refrigerated. Is this true? And if so, why doesn't this need to be.

This is our Sparkling Water beverage powered by kombucha. We use a longer brewed tea making it more of a vinegar and shelf stable. You get the B-12 and other goodness of kombucha. We recommend drinking chilled. Cheers, Mother Kombucha

Q: Does anyone know if these drinks have a low pH from the citrus component that would make them caustic to teeth?

The pH is 3.7 so much less corrosive than soda or kombucha.
