We then used a torch to try to set them on fire. (We had matching pieces that were not sprayed.) The sprayed samples did not catch fire! Some darkened , some scorched, some melted. But none of them caught fire and all had significantly less damage than the non sprayed samples. Leaves a bit of a film. Recommend you use a mask when spraying and don't use on items you will wear or covered by. ## Features - FLAME RETARDANT -- Prevents flames from burning drapes, clothing, furniture, and fabrics. - RESISTANT TO SPREAD -- Helps prevent the spread of fire and minimizes smoke development. - STAIN PROTECTION -- Designed for water-safe fabrics that have not been treated with waterproofing. - MEETS NATIONAL STANDARDS -- Tested in accordance with NFPA standards. - SAFE & EASY TO USE -- Non-hazardous, environmentally friendly formula that is easy to apply and clean up. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Best Sellers Rank | #10,881 in Tools & Home Improvement ( See Top 100 in Tools & Home Improvement ) #3 in Workplace First Aid Kits | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 1,782 Reviews | ## Images ![ForceField – FireGuard – Flame Retardant and Protection, 22 oz (650 ml) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71ekEz-1JgL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: How much square footage does one bottle cover?** A: The contents of a 22 oz. spray bottle of this material will treat approximately 88 square feet of material, depending on the surface being treated.
