NOW 43

I started buying the Now! series a while back and have been very happy with it. I continue to buy each new release as they come. If you enjoy Pop music or have kids that do, this is a great collection.I am generally against compilation albums, but there are several reasons I like this compilation:Music is edited versions where necessary making the disks family friendlyThe songs are the real artistsThe mixes are generally the one you are used to.The quality of the recordings are consistent and the disks are well mastered.The disks consistently have great songs that have significant airplayPop artists seem to have very few good songs on their albums beyond those that are hits in my opinion. It is as though they had come up with 8 other songs fast in order to publish an album with the one good song. There are of course exceptions and other genres I much prefer to collect the artists CD's and often find music I enjoy better than the hits, not so much with pop.This all matters to me because I have children who listen to music and want digital copies for their devices. For some unknown reason MP3 versions cost the same or more as they do on CD and they are inferior copies of the original on the disc. As such rather than paying $2 a song for mp3s, I buy the disc. With Amazon.com AutoRip I automatically get the MP3 version as well.Making the MP3 versions of these songs available to my kids means that they are not out browsing the web, in unscrupulous areas trying to download illegally copied versions of this music. Kids these days will get the music they want one way or another. I prefer a safe method.I am seldom impressed by the "Free Tracks", but then again they are "Free Tracks".

I got this because I loved these songs on the radio back in 2012. Takes me back to the good old days of being 13. :) I love the variety of songs, as well as Now 44. It's light and happy, I definitely recommend.

This is a good volume. Lots of song I like from the radio and my CD plays much clearer than the radio, plus I don't have to listen to people talk about nonsense and I can choose the song I want to listen to. My only complaint really is that I was disappointed that the Maroon 5 song "Payphone" didn't have Wiz Kahlifa's verse. I know it didn't list his name, as a previous NOW listed Lil Jon and STILL left him out of the song, but the radio plays his verse and I just expected to hear it. I'm still not a fan of "NOW WHAT'S NEXT". I still think it's a way to rip people off by giving you less good current songs but what can you do? I suppose it's good for the artists since lots of people will hear their songs, but I wonder how many of them actually make it big afterwards? In short, purchase this album if you, like me, collect the NOW series (even the horrible ones - however, I only collect the numerical ones. I do not collect spin off's such as NOW #1s.) or you really like the songs on the radio right now and don't want to buy individual albums. I've grown tired of individual albums. I can't listen to one artist that long, especially in the car where I play most of my CDs. I suppose there are always MP3 downloads, but I am still stuck in the past listening to CDs.

So if you are like me and you love your Indie music, and love your 90s music, and love what you love...but you also like the hits you hear on the radio....you know..the ones you would never admit to....then this is your item. Instead of trying to buy just "Titanium" and ending up with some nutty remix or buying the full album because "maybe" there is more things on her you like, just get this!The point(TL;DR): This is a great way to get the top pop songs, and save the money for the great music that you really love!

ThIs latest entry in the Now series is another hit. I have every one of them all the way back to the first one in 1998. It's a great way to get a sampling of the hottest hits at the time. Only change I would make: ditch the now what's next tracks and give us four more current hits. Oh and I should add: downloading from amazon is awesome. Quick and easy, cheaper than google play and iTunes and way cheaper than buying a CD.

With a teenage daughter and a 45 minute commute there are frequent disagreements about what to listen to. This CD took care of that! With the most current hits from a wide variety of music genres we could both be happy! This was my first time purchasing the "Now" CD's but I have since ordered and received the next issue and intend to continue to keep them in my vehicle to keep the peace!

Great collection of songs. I love the series Now That's What I Call Music! As soon as received the CD I was really satisfied with the songs. Thanks to Amazon for their generosity for offering this CD at a bargain price. I also own #35. No need to search for your favorite songs they are all there on the CD. <3 <3 Amazon

Bought this latest now release for the US market, quite different from the UK version, different tracks and comments all squeezed onto one cd. Not sure if I will buy Now 44, will have to see what the track listing is like!

UKのNOW82のあとでリリースされたので、かなり曲目がかぶります。どちらも購入される方は正直いまいちな印象をうけるのではないでしょうか？先にリリースされていれば、もっと印象は違ったはずです。UK NOWシリーズに収録されていない、NOW 43にだけ収録されているUSTOP40ヒットは以下となります。Ellie GouldingPiｔBullCher LloydDemi　LovatoNeon TreesLuke Brayanサントラにしか収録されていないPiｔBullの選曲やUKではヒットしないで、USで大ヒットになったEllie Goulding、Cher Lloydあたりの収録はうれしいですね。USNOWしか購入していない方にはかなりお得な選曲だとおもいます。毎回書いてますが、やはり新人のヒットはいらないです。これがなければ、もっと印象が変わると思うのですが。
