Handmade Chef Knife Kitchen Knife Real Leather Sheath. SM75

Blade wasn't fully oiled when I received it there was rust on the cutting edge. Redressed and sharpened, heated and oiled so now ok.

Heavier than I thought it would be but not in a way that makes the blade uncontrollable. I found making a stew with this knife to be incredibly satisfying. Makes cuts where you want them and very well. I just need to buy a proper chopping block now to go with it! It looks beautiful too.

Looks are stunning, the case is just amazing. not the sharpest blade but I will shortly sharpen it. this was worth every penny for the look and feel of the knife.it is very heavy though, a huge piece of steel.

I chose this knife because the knife looks good, and they have no reviews yet.This is a very high quality handmade steel knife, and it shows.The knife is heavy - the steel looks great - and it is very sharp. The shape of the blade is very practical, and I easily sliced through vegetables/fruits and, raw and cooked meats (I haven't tried fish yet, but I am sure it will be easy too).The sheath it comes with is also very good quality.Delivery was very fast. I recommend this knife - it is so much better than the thin wobbly knives you buy in a set from your supermarket. This is a real knife.

Nothing to dislike .

Knife was really quite good, aesthetically pleasing good heft and balance. The blade itself was’true’ but the edge had been poorly ground to the point of being curved on the cutting edge. Too much work to correct which means regrind sharpening and honing.I don’t think I should have to for the money.Excellent but no cigar.Very good but not right!Shame really.Returning. I’ll go for something else
