I'm very pleased with this strap. I use it at home to do my physical therapy exercises. It's well made and holds up in the pool and with use in the house. I definitely recommend this item.

This strap is cool for so many reasons, but i LOVE most how well-made it is! The lock-stitching is tight and strong, making useful loops for hands or feet. I can get a lot deeper into a dancer's pose, and can assist myself to get deeper stretches for my hips, glutes, shoulders, hamstrings, knees, and those are just the stretches I've explored so far with this strap. I'm a massage therapist, and have been using yoga and stretching to maintain my working body for over 12 years, so I'm always looking for good self-care tools, and this is up there on my must-haves now!

I already had one of these, pretty much the same thing. I thought this would be better for some reason. The fabric is not any softer, it's the same length, and has the same loops. It's just a different color. I guess it's okay, but don't expect anything special.

I keep this strap next to my Yoga mat and stretch out with it. Honestly? I love it. It is not elastic, as other commenters have noted, however that’s what I love about it. I am able to stretch out fully and feel incredible both during and afterwards. If you are considering this item, please do yourself a favor and buy it. It’s worth it

I imagined it to be wider and customizable.It's neither of them.Overall I guess it's a good product to those who have need for it. I don't find it helpful so far.
