A Miracle!
I love ice cream, but am committed to a very low carb way of eating. Most of the 'supposedly' low carb ice creams on the market have 20+g per pint (I cannot eat less than a pint!), and the one 'keto' ice cream I found has over 800 cal per pint.Nick's is both low carb AND low calorie--and delicious, too! It's much better (tastier) that the others I've tried, so I get to enjoy ice cream without stuffing my body with sugar.I intend to reorder regularly.

Pretty Ordinary Tasting
Expensive for what you get...really, nothing that special about it.

Yum!
Great option! Adults and children liked it. Purchased for FIL recovering from cancer treatments, needing to eat but not wanting to drink Ensure. Great option for him.

Yecch.
First I won't be a "verified buyer" because I bought mine from another grocery chain, mainly because I got rewards points and it was on sale. Never again, and if I had read the ingredients I would have passed. Besides lots of isolates, gums, gels, ... is, apparently, air, whipped in for a light texture? My pint looked full but air must have escaped because below the surface was a space between the carton and ice cream, for a new kind of "shrinkflation." I got Cherry Choka-Flaka and expected something like Cherry Garcia. There were "flakes" of chocolate (unsweetened) but no actual cherries, and the ice cream didn't have much cherry flavor. I did not expect the little gobs of brownie, which were very sweet but otherwise lacked flavor. What some call "creamy" I would describe as more like "greasy." If you need lo-cal no sugar added ice cream, this may be for you. But it's not for me.

Keto Review: Anything is "Keto Friendly" if you divide into enough servings
I bought the Keto 6 pack and tried each one of them and they all tasted great to me. As close to "real" ice cream as I have had in a long time. Unfortunately, I was used to Keto ice creams that were 4, 5, 7 net carbs per *pint*.So, through my own fault, I assumed the same for the Nick's ice cream but as I started to get into a new pint from the 6-pack, eat a little and read the ingredients list I noticed it was 5 net carbs per servings with 4 servings in a pint. Who eats only 1/4th of a single pint (4 oz of ice cream) and not the pint? With that said, these keto friendly ice creams are 16-20 net carbs per pint - not really a keto friendly ice cream compared to other keto offerings. Not keto-friendly aside I really did like the taste of all 6 of the flavors I selected in my pack. I also really like the consistancy of the product as it was creamy unlike some other brands which seem almost "chalky". I would also like to point out that N!ck's Ice Cream knows how to properly pack ice cream for shipping. My box came thoroughly packed in dry ice and all but 1 of the pints was fully frozen when it arrived. For whatever reason my box had some damage to it which caused one of the pints to take one for the team and it was melted. I brought this up to N!cks who offered me a free pint on the next order but I had no intention on purchasing another pack (because of the keto thing) for which they were gracious and refunded the pint.Unfortunately, this is really not a keto ice cream so I won't be purchasing any more. Hopefully N!ck's will make more keto ice cream (4-7 net carbs per PINT) further down the line because the taste was great. And, if they do, I certainly hope they get it into stores as the cost per pint buying direct from N!ck's is very very expensive.

Waste of money
I bought this ice-cream because it promised Swedish taste with low carbs. Low carbs promise may be fine, although only for sugars, not total carbs. But the taste is terrible because of too much aspartame and other sugar replacements. I paid almost $100 for 6 pints, and it is money wasted. Enlightened ice-cream tastes much better, costs much less, and has less carbs.
