Good mat, nice material, OK thickness... could be a bit wider, but it's good for daily use.

when it arrived was not packed, Initially looked good quality but after using for few days its started tearing , has folding marks and size is for kids

it is too thin it is not 1/2 at all, your bone will reach to the floor ما انصح فيها ابد نصيحة لا تشترونها عندي نحيفة وشفت هذي فالصوره عريضه وصلتني ولقيتها نفس الي عندي للاسف مو مثل الوصف

The one i received is not 1/2 inch thickness. Its even less than 1/4 inch. So disappointed

It makes sound a styrofoam very bad.

what can i say, it’s a nice yoga mat!i like the thickness. it’s flat and level but gives that extra cushion and support. perfect length for me (5’1ish). and i like the dark color. i also like the strap that it comes with to keep it rolled up but also to use as a carry strap, extremely convenient. and i dont find it hard to keep the ends flat even after being rolled up for awhile.purchase with confidence!

I've had this BlanaceFrom yoga mat for 10 days now, using it at least twice a day for extensive abs and yoga exercises. I hav been stepping on it with my sports shoes on my concrete gym floor and so fat no wears or tears. This mat is thick enough that I do not feel the cold concrete floor and provides good support for when I am lying down to do abs or yoga exercises.The deep grooves make the grip perfect! It comes with a very nice strap, but honestly I use the mat so frequently that it is always on the floor for when I am hitting the gym. I also appreciated that it came ready to use, with no chemical odours the kind that many mats or rubbery products come with and take ages to get rid of. I wipe it with mild cleaner after every use and it's ready for the next set of exercise! I recommend it.The mat came fast and neatly packed, and is an awesome addition to my home gym.

Love it never used to worry about having a mat when I do my exercises for my back . It is absolutely so much better with it.
