I purchased this bag in Sable color, for a two week trip to Italy. Although I like the neutral Sable color, it does show dirt, will try to clean it with mild soap. The Sable color is darker than it appears on the internet, really like the contrasting plum color interior lining. I locked the main compartment. I did not lock the front compartment for quick easy access to my phone used to take photos.It was easy to access my money in the top compartment. I only took out what was needed to pay for my purchases, I never took out my money pouch. I like the rear pocket for easy access to tissue, pen, wipes. The light was handy to find things in my bag.For sizing reference, I put an umbrella and iPad mini in the main compartment.I did feel on the safe side for the most part. I occasionally wore it under my jacket for added security. This is because my travelling companion was pick pocketed in Florence. He kept his money in his cargo pants, was in a store, gave his wife money. They were walking through a crowd, and he did feel like he was being jostled.Although this bag has great anti-theft features, you need to be alert, wear the bag towards the front. When in doubt, wear the bag under your jacket.Bag is very good quality and inexpensive!I recommend this bag, and will be purchasing an additional Travelon bag in the future.

Really pleased with this. I was worried it might be too big, but it's not. I bought this to replace a Baggallini cross body whose zipper broke after just a year and a half of use. I thought the gold tone trim might be too much, but it's not. It adds a nice finish to it.Security zippers: The locking zippers is a wonderful idea. A huge problem with all Baggallni purses I've had is that zippers come open whenwalking.Straps: The straps are adjustable and have a neat clip so you can secure it to your chair in a restaurant, which is another wonderful idea. The straps are thicker than the Baggallini bags, but they are slash resistant and far more comfortable..Pockets: Pockets galore! I love it! Two on the outside that zip and another zippered one on the inside. There are also pockets for credit cards, etc. on the inside.It's a lightweight microfiber material that is perfect for my use. I love leather, but I don't have to worry about the rain damaging this. It's casual and dressy at the same time for my use.I'm sold on Travelon bags and will look at others. I'm done with Baggallini bags, which aren't cheap, but they don't stand up to daily use.

I love every about this bag. I can fit my iPhone and iPad. Good security features. I bought it for a trip to Sicily I felt very safe with it

I have lent this purse to so many friends after using it to go to Europe. Carried all my important belongings in this and never felt worried. Holds a lot, wallet, water bottle, passports, etc. There is room galore and the safety features are incredible and still stylish. Would highly recommend!
